I've been shopping at this store for a couple of years now, mostly getting electronics and appliances. The folks working there are always super friendly and willing to help out, giving top-notch customer service. And when I've had to bring something back, they've been quick to sort it out, making things super easy for me. The store manager is really great too, always making sure customers are happy and taken care of.

I signed up for this dating site thinking I would find something better, but ended up here instead. I've gotta say, it hasn't been the greatest. Most of the people I've talked to seem more focused on using me than actually getting to know me. There have been a few nice folks, but overall, it's been pretty disappointing.

Home kit bulbs
I just picked up some home kit bulbs from the original store and they are pretty nice overall, especially the Matter ones. But man, the app that comes with them is seriously lacking in features. I reached out to their support team by email, but it's been 20 days and still no response. Super disappointing that they're not putting in the effort to help out their customers. I'd think twice about recommending their stuff until they step up their customer support game. Maybe check out some other options if you're in the market for something similar.

SEO Agency Tools
I really enjoyed using this service overall. They have a bunch of tracking tools that are super important for any SEO agency. The only problem I had was when they changed from unlimited users to a limited number of "seats" about a year ago. Also, the prices keep changing a lot and the extra costs can add up, which might not be great for companies already spending a lot on the regular subscription.

Photography tutorials
Oh my gosh, KelbyOne is seriously amazing! It's like the ultimate place to learn all about photography. I decided to give it a try because I wanted to improve my picture-taking skills, and let me tell you, there's a ton of great info on there. The videos are incredibly helpful, and the instructors really know their stuff. I was afraid I'd get sidetracked and end up spending hours watching all the videos, but they're so interesting that I just couldn't stop! Plus, it's much better than those expensive courses I've taken in the past. They were super boring and focused on just one thing at a time, but with KelbyOne, I got to learn a whole bunch for just one affordable price.

Paintings, delayed, frustrating
So, I made the decision to order some paintings back in March, but let me tell you, it took forever to actually get them. I know we're all dealing with the whole COVID situation, but seriously? It took a whole FOUR months just to get half of my order, and I'm still sitting here waiting for the rest. I've sent emails back and forth so many times with them reassuring me that my order is coming. It's been such a hassle!

Concert Tickets
I purchased tickets on their app 5 month prior to the concert to make sure I got good seats. I bought 4th row tickets but the day before the show I was informed that Gametime didn't have my tickets. I was offered Row 24 for the same price I paid for my 4th row tickets... Ridiculous. I was a customer but I’ll never used them again. I advise people to go purchase tickets from other sites that have real tickets and won’t leave you empty handed. Done take it from me, Do yourself a favor and google them and you’ll see all the other people they ... over too…..

eBooks for my iPad
The eBooks website and app are so user-friendly and they have a bunch of really cool books to pick from. The prices are really great too, which is awesome because I'm a huge bookworm. Every now and then, I do see that the last few lines of a chapter get chopped off on my iPad screen, but I can easily fix that by adjusting the text size. When I needed help with that, the customer service team was super friendly and helped me solve the issue!

Defective product, Poor Customer Service
I bought this product and it started leaking after just one day of using it. I contacted customer service to explain what was going on and gave them all the details they needed. But man, it felt like I was going in circles with them asking me the same questions over and over again. I tried my best to explain the problem clearly, but all I got back were those automated responses that didn't really help at all. So after a whole month of going back and forth with emails, they finally hit me with the news that the product wasn't covered by the warranty. I was so disappointed with their customer service, it was seriously the worst experience I've ever had.

This is the worst company ever. Order two medals for my kids. Never received a confirmation email. Ordered both medals on April 3rd. After countless emails back and forth I final received one of the medals. The other medal I'm told now is not from them I must have ordered it from a different site. Biggest scam ever!!!!!!!!! Unfortunaly I have to give them at least 1 star to write this, if not I would gave them 0
