90 days challenge
I've been at this challenge for close to three years now, and boy, has it done wonders for me. I've shed 4 stone, upped my fitness game, and noticed all sorts of health improvements. And get this - my kids have hopped on the triathlon train too after seeing me conquer a full one. Plus, cutting out alcohol has been a game-changer for not just me, but everyone around me too.
