Completed studies, missing certificates
My daughters actually finished up their studies a while back, but we've been having a tough time trying to get their certificates from this place. We've called, emailed, and even tried reaching out on different platforms, but it feels like nobody there is willing to lend us a hand. It's super frustrating when you're in dire need of those certificates for job applications or further studies, but the institute just seems to be ignoring our pleas. It's like they were all about taking our money each month, but now that we could use some help, they're nowhere to be seen.

I just have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from LensDirect. They were able to fix my pupillary distance and even took the time to pack my frames so they wouldn't get damaged. And the best part was the price - way better than anything I found around here. I definitely suggest giving them a try!

I recently picked up a couple of new road bike tires and tubes to replace my old ones. I was super pleased with the whole transaction. The communication was excellent, the price couldn't be beat compared to other places, and my order arrived promptly and in great condition. The only drawback was that the tubes weren't quite as high quality as the tires, but they'll work fine for my training rides. Canvas order, disappointment
My canvas order was such a disappointment! I received one canvas that looked great, but the second one was a disaster. It was completely off-center and the image looked like it had been attacked with staples on the side. I called to complain, and they said they would fix it for free, but the replacement was still messed up and off-center. It seems like they don't even bother checking the things they ship out!

Red leather satchel
Oh my gosh, you guys! I just snagged the most amazing red leather satchel from this awesome store! I was freaking out that it wouldn't arrive in time because deliveries can be so slow, but this customer service rep, let's call her Theresa because why not, came through and made sure my satchel got to me before Christmas. It's seriously the highest quality satchel I've ever laid eyes on, and it's just so darn pretty. Huge shoutout to everyone who had a hand in creating this incredible satchel!

The free V-Day Discreet Air Vibe w/ a few other items

I ordered a few products on Valentine's Day to receive the complimentary $49 Discreet Air Vibe, and.... still have not received any of those items. They claim this is because the Discreet Air Vibe is *still* not restocked. I have sent several emails, and every time they just give me a generic response saying it will be restocked in another 2-3 weeks, but then another 2-3 weeks go by, and still nothing. It has been over two months and almost 10 weeks now, and I have gotten none of the products I ordered. They refuse to send me any items separately, so everything is held up until the Discreet Air ships, whenever that may be.
