Online purchase confusion
At first, I was super annoyed because I was getting zero updates on my purchase. It felt like I was shouting into the void and nobody was listening. But once I got through to customer service, they cleared everything up. They walked me through the whole process and even hooked me up with a tracking number for my package. It just goes to show, information is king!
