E-commerce website function for product addition
I recently bought an e-commerce website template thinking it would be easy to add products, descriptions, and datasheets. Turns out, it wasn't as user-friendly as I hoped. If you're not a website design pro, it can be a real pain to figure out. I've had to contact tech support a bunch of times, but I have to admit they've been getting back to me quicker lately.
I also use Weebly for another project, and it's way easier to use with quicker tech support. When we transferred data over from our old site to Weebly, I splurged on a pricey $500 template that was recommended by a salesperson. It took about a year and a lot of phone calls to finally get the website looking and working the way I wanted it to.Review about: LexMod
Chairs I ordered
The chairs were nice, but I never got them because the company's communication was terrible. They just canceled my delivery without even giving me a heads up, so I ended up wasting my time and money for nothing.

Warranty extension
My recent experience with customer support was so frustrating! I was on hold for like thirty minutes, only to have the representative not be able to help me extend my warranty. I had explained why I was calling right from the beginning, but they just told me to talk to the warranty department - which should have been the first step to save time. And to top it off, they didn't even give me a resolution or any confirmation that my warranty was extended. I was left feeling disappointed and without a solution.

Wedding Ring
The ring I got here ended up being too big after a few weeks, but thankfully their customer service was able to help me out. Kennia, the representative I talked to, was super helpful and I was able to exchange it for a new size with no extra charge. Now it fits perfectly and I'm really happy with it.

Leather handbag purchase
I bought a leather handbag from this store recently and had a terrible time with their customer service. The delivery company they went with, Veho, sent my order to the wrong place and said it was my fault. Even after I gave them photos and all the info about my real address, they wouldn't admit they messed up. I tried reaching out to their customer service a bunch of times, but it looks like they're super short-staffed because only one person was managing everything. This whole thing has just made me super annoyed and let down, so I won't be shopping at this store again.

Dogtra 280C
1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.
2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.
3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).
4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So... Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.
5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless... I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.
6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!
7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.
8 - Their business practices are simply wrong. If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right. I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting ... over.
Tip for consumers:
I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.

Roses, delivered
The Roses arrived with a lot damaged and crushed.
They were obviously all very old Roses, as well.
It's just so disappointing to receive Roses in this state.
They have a no-refund policy, so you're ... and have to accept any old damaged ... they want to send.
There's also no contact telephone number anywhere on the website, so you have to email them. That tells you a lot, when they don't want the accountability of being reachable by phone.Review about: Lux Algo

The product simply does not work well. The high is minimal, you only get (at most) 2 refills per pack. The vaporizer takes 30 seconds to heat up and then works for 4 minutes which you might be lucky if you get 2 or 3 good puffs. And even then, you won't feel anything. It actually gave me a headache and made me feel sick.
After I contacted customer service about the issue, I never received a response. I called and spoke with Shan 3x over the course of 2 weeks for her to never follow up with my questions. When I finally spoke with her last she hung up the phone on me and failed to provide me any possible outcomes.

Ballistic helmet
I placed an order with bulletproof zone. I've waited 16 weeks for my order to arrive. It still hasn't showed up. I've called multiple times. Left multiple voicemails. Sent multiple emails. Have been told multiple times that my order has been shipped. Still nothing. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off by this company. I would recommend you order from somewhere else.

Alpha Defense Bullet Antenna
Bad purchase for my 2020 Jeep Sahara. I now get less than half the radio stations I had with my stock antenna and the ones I can still hear are static. This company is banking on military patronage and pushing a bad product.

Ya I waited 19 weeks and still nothing. The website is a scam, submit a charge back with your bank your cc. You will never get it.
