Bridal gown purchase
I had a really bad experience at this place recently. I ordered a bridal gown, but I accidentally got two of them. I contacted customer service right away to return the extra dress, but it's been a week with no response. It's really frustrating and inconvenient. It's surprising that they would ignore basic customer rights and not get back to me promptly.

I messed up my booking date and tried to change it from the 26th to the 27th, but they wouldn't let me and didn't even offer a refund. It seems shady, like a total rip-off.

I just bought a cigar sampler pack from this company, and I was really impressed with the variety and quality of cigars that came in it. Quick and easy purchase
I got some tickets and it was so easy! Thankfully, we didn't have to stand in line because of the rain. The tickets were a little expensive, but we got a small discount so it wasn't too bad. We also decided to do the wax hand activity, which was pretty neat.

All over ointment and other baby products
The customer service at this company is amazing. It's nice to see a brand that really focuses on providing top-notch service to their customers. The products are high quality and have been great for our baby's sensitive skin. We started with the "all over ointment" and loved it, so we tried out other items like creams, shampoos, oils, and washes. The only product that didn't work as well for our little one was the Diaper cream. The variety of products offered and their effectiveness really impressed us. I hope they keep up this level of care as they continue to grow. A big thank you to Valarie for her quick responses and help!

False Advertisement
The artwork team's response was terrible - it took them days to get back to me, and when they did, it was just empty promises of rushing my order. The delivery times they have on their site are totally off, just a tactic to draw you in. I won't be working with them again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone else. There are plenty of other companies that offer similar services and are much more efficient.

I recently got these amazing Muck boots and a really awesome Banded jacket from this store. They had an awesome selection of gear and the customer service was top-notch from what I experienced. Some folks were griping about receiving items with damaged packaging, but if the price is right and the actual product is fine, does it really matter? Personally, my order came right on time and everything was in perfect shape.
