My order shipped on March 30, 2020. Here it is April 20th and I still have not gotten my order. I asked for a refund, but Carol refused even though in a previous email asking where my order was she said I could get a refund. She still feels like it’s on its way and is refusing to refund me. She told me to dispute it with my bank. I will never do business with them again.
Did you ever get your order. I’m in the same exact situation and carol is saying the same thing to me
