Merchandise never received
I ordered some stuff from this company, but I never got my order. I tried reaching out through email a bunch of times to check on it, but I never heard back. It's so annoying to fork over the cash for something and then not have it show up, especially when the company doesn't bother to acknowledge your questions. Honestly, dealing with this company was a letdown and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Personalized video tribute
I had a good experience using Tribute. I liked how easy it was to use and all the ways I could customize it. But I think they could make the guest interface better. I was confused because the screen I saw looked the same as what my guests saw. It would be better if there was a simpler view for guests with less stuff on it. Also, the final video page still had all the old info on it, which I didn't want the person I was honoring to see. It would be better to just have one link or video at the end.
