Fre case with new charging port cover
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years. I've bought multiple cases and always willing to overlook some minor flaws. But man, the recent change to the charging port cover on the Fre case has really bummed me out. The front film scratches easily, but this new cover for the charging port is just not cutting it. It makes it a pain to charge my phone and takes away from the overall usability of the case. I've always loved how durable these cases are, but this change is pushing me to check out other case makers. It's just sad to see a great product like this get messed up by a badly designed feature.

Large order of juice and coils
I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order for $300 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them. They haven't replied to my emails, answered my phone calls, or returned my calls. Their automated responses are pointless and they don't seem to care about addressing concerns. They used to have really good customer service, but not anymore. They didn't give me a tracking number, there's no sign of my shipment on their website, but my credit card company wants the payment. The shipping charges were ridiculously high for such a small order, and they don't have a good selection of juices. It was a disaster from beginning to end. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company right away.

Padded jacket with duck down
Man, I got this jacket and it was seriously not good, you know? The zipper was all messed up and the filling kept coming out. It's a bummer because I can't even return it now since I already wore it. I wish I had known about the bad quality before buying it. I ended up buying a jacket from a different brand and it's way better. It seemed like they don't even care about their customers, you know? They really need to step up their game and make better products.
