Loan application process
As a senior in need of financial help, the whole loan application thing was a real headache. I gave them everything they asked for, waited forever, but it seemed like they were just dragging their feet. I needed help fast, but it felt like they weren't taking me seriously. The fact that they weren't straight with me and hardly kept in touch made it even worse. This whole ordeal left me feeling totally stuck and beyond fed up.
