Organizational items
I recently purchased some organizational items from this store and boy, let me tell you, the whole process of ordering and cancelling was a total disaster! I wanted to cancel my order because the items were taking too long to arrive, but they wouldn't allow me to do so. They also wouldn't let me return the items without charging me unless I brought them back to the actual store. It was really frustrating! However, on a positive note, they do have some really cool items in the store and the staff members there are extremely helpful. But, their website and customer service definitely need some improvement. If you're in the market for organizational supplies, I recommend going to Wayfair instead.

Clothing items
I just bought some clothes from this company and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down. The customer service was top-notch - they were always nice and helpful. The clothes I got were amazing, just like they looked on the website. Plus, they came right on time and were wrapped up all pretty. I've been shopping with this company for a while now and I totally think they're the best if you want good quality clothes. Can't wait to rock my new stuff and keep coming back for more in the future.

Financial assistance
After using the service for a bit with no problems, I ran into an issue where they said they lost connection with my bank. Even though I did everything they asked and gave them all the info they needed, I haven't been able to get the last advance I asked for in the last 6 weeks. The fact that they aren't being upfront and keep using the same excuse over and over again has been really irritating and annoying.
