Two failed orders
I tried to buy stuff from this store twice, but both times had some major problems. After I finished placing my order and paid for it, I didn't get a confirmation and instead was taken to a page to buy magazines. Even though PayPal said my payment went through, I never got any confirmation directly from the store.

Flex bag purchase
I bought the flex bag because I kept seeing it all over social media. When it arrived, it was the wrong size, so I reached out right away to cancel my order. It took customer service forever to get back to me, and by then they had already shipped the bag. Now they're ignoring my requests for a return label. Recent order customs charge
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, so you can imagine my disappointment when I got my recent order and saw there was this crazy customs charge tacked on. I think it's a big mistake on their part not to be more upfront about these charges to customers like me. I believe it's really important for companies to be honest about any extra fees, especially for international orders. It's a bummer because I've loved their products in the past, but this unexpected cost is making it hard for me to keep buying from them. I hate that I have to start looking for alternatives, but with this hefty customs charge, it just doesn't make sense for me to stick with this brand.

Black Friday order
I ordered two mattresses on Black Friday, but only one showed up on time. The other one still hasn't come, and I have no idea when it will. Customer service is the worst. They take forever to answer on chat, never have the phone center open, and the emails are so annoying. I don't get why they keep asking for tracking info when I already have it from FedEx. I should've read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from here. The mattress I did receive is nice, but it's frustrating that only one of my kids will get it in time for Christmas.

Activewear purchase
I recently bought four pieces of activewear from your company and the ordering process was super easy. I got my items pretty quickly, but when I tried them on, they were too big. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size on the website, but then I found out they charged $5 for refunds, which was a bummer. I still tried to exchange them, but instead of getting the smaller size, I got a refund and lost $5. I contacted customer service by email, but they just sent me a generic response that didn't help me at all. Not being able to talk to someone directly and the lack of personalized help was really frustrating and made my experience pretty bad. So, I won't be buying anything from your company again.
