Lipstick
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate the Skinstore website and find what I was looking for - lipstick. The website layout made it simple to browse through different categories, like makeup, and I loved the little gifts that came with my order. However, I ran into a small issue when I tried to pick a subcategory in the Makeup section. The dropdown arrow didn't give me enough time to choose. It was a minor hassle, but it could be fixed to make the user experience even better.

Front and rear door purchase and installation.
The door installation service I got from Home Depot was a total mess. First, the doors were messed up, then the measurements were off on the replacement set. The contractor did a pretty lousy job fixing the mistakes, just using sealant and flimsy plastic stuff. The doors look awful, and now I need to get them fixed or replaced. Home Depot was no help when I asked for a refund, they just brushed me off. I won't be using them for home improvements again, that's for sure.
