I just got this amazing desk for my room and it's really cool! It was so easy to set up and it fits all my stuff just right. Poor customer service experience
I had a really bad time dealing with this company's customer service. I was trying to get a refund, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I dialed the number they gave me, but all I got was a dang answering machine. I left a message, but no one bothered to call me back. I even tried hitting them up on their website, but got no reply there either. It was super annoying and a total letdown. I felt like they just took my cash and vanished into thin air. This whole thing sucked so much that it actually motivated me to write my very first company review.

New shoes, got 'em!
I just picked up some new shoes from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The only issue was that some of the shoe boxes were a little banged up, but I'm thinking that's probably the delivery guy's fault for handling them so roughly. This company is a mess. I have no idea what's going on with the quality, but it's definitely gone way downhill. My new bike has given me so many problems, and the customer service is a joke. And let's talk about these new batteries - what a rip off. Why would they put the charging port right next to the keyhole? That's just asking for trouble. People have reported sparks and blown fuses because of this stupid design. Trying to fix it is a nightmare since they've sealed the batteries shut and glued on the fuse. It's like they want you to buy a new battery every time something goes wrong. And don't even get me started on customer service. No one picks up the phone, and if they do, all they say is to buy a new battery. I'm not spending $700 on a battery every year just to ride a bike. The warranty is a joke, and they make it impossible to get any help. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and their bikes. It's a total scam.
