Purchased movies missing
I just realized that some of the movies I bought on this platform are gone from my library all of a sudden. I emailed customer support about it, but didn't hear back for more than a week. When I finally called, they said my movies were taken off because there was a mix-up with my receipt email and my Vudu email. It's really frustrating that they didn't tell me beforehand and just removed stuff I paid for.
