Facial firming device
I just bought a facial firming device from this company and I'm really happy with how it's working for me. It's super easy to use and has definitely made my skin firmer and better looking overall. The rollers feel so fancy and the microcurrent technology has really amped up the results of my skincare products. I've seen less puffiness and my skin just looks more toned and glowing since I started using this device regularly. I totally suggest it to anyone wanting to step up their skincare game.

Sensor mirror repair issue
I recently had a problem with my sensor mirror, which I've had for 7 years. The sensor started acting up and it was really messing with my daily routine. So, I emailed the company to see about getting it fixed. But, turns out they don't do repairs. All they offered was a 10% discount on my next purchase, which didn't really help. I even mentioned their sustainability stuff on their site, but it didn't make a difference.

Prepaid service loss due to storm
I recently had a really bad experience with my prepaid service provider. There was a power outage from a storm and I lost my internet service, so I couldn't refill my prepaid services even though I had only used two days of service. The company said I should be able to wait 180 days before refilling, but they didn't stick to that rule. When I tried to get my number back, which I've had for over three years and is connected to important accounts, doctors, and business contacts, customer service wouldn't help me. I ended up having to get a new number, which was strange because it needed refilling after just one day. Now, I'm getting calls and messages from people who think I'm someone else because some services still have the old owner of the number in their system. This whole thing has left me really upset and annoyed.
