Gold-plated chain
I just bought a gold-plated chain from Gold Urban and man, I gotta tell ya, I'm super bummed about it. The chain didn't look anything like how it was shown on the website - it was all weak and looked super cheap. I've gotten gold jewelry from other places in the past, and this was definitely the worst experience. On top of that, when I tried to talk to someone about my issues, I never heard back. Ultimately, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company if you want high-quality gold jewelry.
