I have to tell you, my experience with this company was pretty wild. Ordering was a piece of cake - super fast and easy. But then things took a turn. The service felt impersonal, like I was just a faceless name in their system. And the prices? Outrageous. I couldn't shake the feeling that I was getting ripped off. And to top it all off, the delivery was late and there was no explanation or apology. It left me with the impression that this company just doesn't give a darn about its customers.
