Jacket and Pants
I ordered a jacket and pants from this company, and I have to admit I was really let down by the quality. The material felt cheap, and the stitching was not great. It didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. On top of that, the sizing was all wrong - the jacket was too tight in the shoulders, and the pants were way too long. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying clothes from this brand unless you're okay with getting stuff that's not up to par.

Multiple pairs of shoes purchased
I recently bought a bunch of shoes online from this place, and boy was it a mess from the get-go. The first time I tried to order, it didn't work. NBD, right? Wrong. I tried again, same issue. I was about ready to chuck my computer. But no worries, I called customer service to make sure I wasn't getting charged twice. The rep, we'll call her Rolhni, was pretty helpful. She confirmed I wasn't charged for the failed attempts and said sorry for the hassle. But, to make matters worse, the shoes I wanted weren't even available. It felt like the world was against me. I thanked Rolhni and said I'd try my luck on their site again. Let's just say, it wasn't the best experience.

I bought some necklaces, bracelets, and rings from this place, and let me tell you, they got shipped super fast! They showed up real quick, just in a few days, and man, are they pretty! I wear them all the time and they still look like I just got them. My favorite ones are the stainless steel ones, they're the best!

Lightweight hunting jacket
I have to tell you, I was really impressed with the hunting jacket I got from this company. It's light but tough, just right for those days in the backcountry. And the design is great, with lots of pockets and features made for hunters. I felt like I had on gear that was meant for the wild outdoors. The customer service was excellent too, quick responses and helpful sizing advice. All in all, I'm super happy with my buy and will for sure shop from them again.

Last-minute luggage storage booking
I just made a last-minute reservation for luggage storage, but when we got there, nobody was around to keep our bags. We looked everywhere but couldn't find anyone. So, we had to lug our luggage around Dublin for the whole time we had intended to store it, which was really annoying. And to top it off, when I tried to leave a review on their site, I had trouble - it seemed like only good reviews from folks who actually stored their bags were allowed.
