Worst store in the world!
They’ve send me a wrong item and I cannot return it because they did not send me a free return shipping label.
After more than 10 calls and several e-mails they simply ignore me and do not send the return shipping label.
Worse, customer service agent Grace asked me to withdraw my negative assessment on Google and here, and implied that the warehouse was not sending me the return label because of this.
Total nonsense! Stay away from online shopping at this store if you don't want a headache.
