    LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP

    I am a Lifetime Member and recently lost access to their Discord, a part of the "All Inclusive" program I am supposed to get. I have waited over 12 hours to get a response from their "Management team". I have tried to regain access through support multiple times and can only assume that my profile was banned by Lux Algo. I have never broke a single rule in their discord. EVER. The only reason I can think of is because I am doing an Internship with a competitor company. If it’s because of my internship with a competitor, not sure that’s a reason to deny me access to my “All Inclusive” membership that I paid hard earned cash to get. For the record, I am an active duty US service member in the Army and I am on a skill bridge program under the DOD. Here is the program link and a pic of my ID card. ...
    If this is how they treat a lifetime customer that paid a lot of money for my service, I am appalled. We don't pick and choose what we do for our internship. We throw out a lot of lines in the water and see who will bite. This is a critical program for military members and now Lux Algo has seen fit to cut me out of a part of the service I paid for as a result. It is petty and lacks professionalism. You company should be ashamed. At this point, I just want my money back. I don't think a company with this type of business ethics deserves my hard earned cash. If anyone is reading this, DO NOT USE THESE INDICATORS. They are decent but this company has horrible support and a serious blindspot in ethics to their customers.

    vevor ice maker

    I bought a commercial icemaker for 500 dollarrs from vevor. after 1 week the bearings in the pump started screaming. the machine overheats then shuts down as the pump overheats. Vevor then wants pictures and a description of problem. its a bad pump. Now they want a video of problem. Im a 68 year old man who doesnt understand all that technology but i do know how to fix almost anything. This company is awful. Dont buy anything from them. They take advantage of seniors.
