Unhappy purchase experience, misleading product descriptions.
Just like a lot of other customers, I was pretty bummed out by the product descriptions - they just weren't cutting it, you know? And then when I got my order, it felt like I had been misled. And to top it all off, having to pay extra for "Shipping and Processing" when returning items was just the nail in the coffin.
