Booking Issue
I had a terrible experience with Hotelopia. I got to the hotel, and they said they had no record of my booking. I called customer service, and they said I could still check in, but they’d give me a different room. They also mentioned I could go back home, but they couldn’t find me another place to stay. I reluctantly took the different room and was told to email the main office for compensation later. I never heard back from them, despite reaching out several times.
When I called customer service again, they gave me an email address for another company, Bedsonline, and told me to send my booking info there. It felt sketchy, so I decided not to do it. All in all, my whole experience with Hotelopia was super frustrating and really let me down.
