Brake rotors and brake pads
I recently bought brake rotors and brake pads from this company as a customer. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The rotors I got were defective, and once I put them on my car, I could tell something was wrong. When I tried to get a refund, they told me they don't do refunds for defective parts. It's crazy to think customers should have to take possibly messed-up parts to a shop to check them out. Also, the brake pads I got were super loud, which made driving not fun at all. Bottom line, I'd recommend others stay away from this company.

Different reps were telling me different things, and it was super irritating to not get a straight answer. After a bunch of back and forth, I was finally told that I would be getting a refund by check in the mail. But here I am, over a month later, and still no sign of that check.

I recently bought a love seat from that place and man, it was a total mess. I asked for a delivery on Tuesday or Thursday because of my health issues, but they just ignored that and picked a different day without even telling me. The manager didn't seem to care at all about what they did and only offered to cancel with a restocking fee. It feels like this place is as shady as a used car lot, full of lies and deceitful tactics. If you like being treated poorly and wasting your money, then this is the place for you.

Their workers were totally unprofessional, they were always showing up late, and they actually ended up making things worse instead of fixing anything. The original problem should have only cost $300 to fix, but after several unsuccessful tries, I'm now looking at a bill for over $3000 in damages. It's been 3 months and they still haven't managed to sort out the issue.
