    I have been using Canary for over a year now and I must say I am quite impressed with their services. As someone who is always on the go, I needed a reliable and secure way to keep an eye on my home when I am away, and Canary has delivered exactly that.

    Changing system purchase

    I got a security system right when it came out. Was really let down by how little info the company gave, and the cameras always disconnecting and needing to be reset. It's a pain when you're out and need those cameras for security. If they don't step up their game with the product and customer service, I don't think this company will last long.

    Subscription renewal issue

    I recently had a problem with my subscription auto-renewing when I didn't want it to. I forgot to cancel it, and when I contacted customer service just 6 hours after it renewed, they wouldn't give me a refund for the next year of service that I now have to pay for even though I won't use it. They said it was my fault for not knowing the exact renewal time, but I never got a notice in my email. Their strict refund and cancellation rules, combined with their unhelpful answers, make it seem like they don't really care about their customers.

    Subscription service renewal issue

    I had this annoying thing happen with a service subscription I have. I didn't get a heads up about it renewing, so when I noticed the charge on my credit card, I decided to cancel it. I asked for a partial refund for the time I didn't use, but they said no. Other companies I've dealt with before have given me back the money for the unused time, so it sucks to see this company not doing the same.

    Shoddy camera, sketchy company

    This camera is a total joke. It's like having a security system that decides to take breaks whenever it wants. And don't even get me started on the shady stuff this company does. They pay for fake reviews, load up the app with annoying ads, and overall just don't seem to give a darn about providing a good product to their customers. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to having a dependable security camera, but this one is definitely a letdown.

    I used to be a faithful customer of this company for some time until they decided to expand and completely mess up my billing. Out of nowhere, they started charging me triple the amount for a service that I had been using trouble-free. And when I tried to reach out to customer service, all I got was this impersonal AI chatbot that couldn't do much to fix things. It's as if they don't really care about dealing with customer problems in a human way. I felt like my money was being swiped right in front of me, with no one available to assist. I'm definitely steering clear of this company in the future.

    Home security camera system

    I bought a home security camera system from your store recently, but I'm kind of disappointed with the new update to the app. Now, the app keeps randomly going to ads, which makes it hard to get back to the camera view. This update has basically made the camera system useless because I can't quickly check alerts anymore.

    Premium service cameras

    So, after this recent firmware update, the two cameras we've got under the premium service just totally crapped out. Dealing with the company has been a real pain because they're not willing to help us get the broken camera fixed without a proof of purchase, which we can't find. And on top of that, they won't even give us credit for the 10 months left on our premium service. Honestly, the whole thing has been super disappointing and I wouldn't suggest this product or company to anyone.

    Camera replacement delay

    I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really bummed about the super long wait for a replacement camera I need. Like, I reached out for help over a month ago and gave all the info needed, and they said they'd send a new camera my way. But despite hitting them up multiple times, I'm still waiting. It's been annoying and kinda sad, and now I'm thinking about checking out other security systems.

    I've been a customer for a few years now and at first everything was great with the security cameras. The product was top-notch and I felt at ease knowing my place was being watched over. But lately, I've seen a drop in the quality of service. They've started requiring a monthly subscription for basic stuff, which feels like a scam. Without the subscription, I can't see alert videos or motion sensor recordings, which are pretty important features. On top of that, the app has gotten slow and sketchy, which could be a real problem in an emergency.

    Camera purchase with poor service

    As a loyal customer who's been with this company for a while now, I gotta say I've not been too happy with the service lately. I mean, I used to really dig the cameras I bought from them, but now it's all gone downhill. They've started pulling some shady moves, trying to push folks into buying those expensive premium services while cutting back on the basic ones. A lot of people are feeling cheated and ticked off because of it. It's a real shame to see a company that used to have a good rep stoop to such sneaky tactics. I'm crossing my fingers they start running things better in the future.
