    Subscription renewal issue

    I recently had a problem with my subscription auto-renewing when I didn't want it to. I forgot to cancel it, and when I contacted customer service just 6 hours after it renewed, they wouldn't give me a refund for the next year of service that I now have to pay for even though I won't use it. They said it was my fault for not knowing the exact renewal time, but I never got a notice in my email. Their strict refund and cancellation rules, combined with their unhelpful answers, make it seem like they don't really care about their customers.
