In my experience with this remote meeting software, I have to say the customer service was not very helpful via email. The software itself is great - easy to use and gets the job done. But not being able to get support through email was a real pain. Every time I needed help or had a question, they just told me to call them. It felt kind of old-fashioned and inconvenient, especially for a company that operates online. It almost seemed like they didn't want customers to reach out for assistance. Even though the software is good, the lack of email support makes me think twice about using their services again.
Virtual Meeting Software
I've been using this virtual meeting software as a customer, and I gotta say, it's been pretty reliable and efficient for hosting remote meetings. The interface is super easy to use and navigate, so it's a breeze for everyone to join and participate. I've been using this online video platform for about 3 years, and I gotta say, it's been pretty reliable. The picture and sound quality could be better, but it does the trick. It's not the cheapest option around, but as someone in sales, I know that dependability is crucial. I haven't run into any big problems with it, and it's user-friendly. Unsolicited emails
This website is just terrible! I keep getting all these random emails even though I've already blocked them. It's so annoying, I swear they're just trying to scam me.
Trying to buy something new
Man, this website is seriously the worst. I've been trying to buy some new stuff for days and it's been a nightmare. Can't find an email address anywhere on here. And don't even get me started on their chat person - rude as heck just because I'm a loyal customer. Seriously, why bother having a business if you don't give a darn about us customers?
virtual meeting platform
This virtual meeting platform is a total scam. I canceled my subscription, but they kept sending me bills for 6 months! They totally ignored my request to cancel and just kept demanding payment. Dealing with their billing department is a total nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this platform.
Email spam issues
I get so much spam from this company, it's crazy. They don't seem to care at all about how annoying it is to get junk in your inbox. I had to set up filters just to get rid of their emails, whether they're real or not. Don't ever give them your email address, it's not worth it.
Video call subscription
That experience was terrible! The salesperson just wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I only wanted a one-time set up, but he kept pushing for a year subscription. Then he got all upset and hung up on me. On top of that, he never even bothered to respond to my email. Customer service was the worst!
Contacted by a sales rep
So, this sales guy reached out to me right after I filled out a form on their website. We talked and agreed on some things for them to take care of. I asked for some info on their international dial-in numbers, but then they totally disappeared on me. No response to my messages at all! I wouldn't suggest working with them, definitely got some sketchy vibes.
Didn't like it
I tried this thing, right? And it totally sucked. It was just copying other stuff and not even working properly. I had problems with all of it. Not cool at all, man.
Video conferencing software
I bought some video conferencing software for my company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I am not happy at all with the service I'm getting. At first, they promised it was all free but then I found out that if I wanted any help or support, I had to pay up for an upgraded version. That sneaky move is just not cool at all and honestly, it's really rubbed me the wrong way.
Video conference services
I've been a customer for a while now and I've always been happy with the video conference services. Lately though, I've noticed the quality of the calls has gone down. It's been a few months now and the video and audio are often blurry, with interruptions during important meetings. I really hope this can get sorted out soon.
Webinar Invitation Issues
I'm really upset about all the spam I keep getting from webinar invitations. This company lets people load spam lists into ANY webinar invite, so I'm flooded with emails I don't want. And even though there's a "Stop Webinar Emails" link, it only lets you opt out of certain emails, not all of them. It's so annoying not having control over my inbox like this. I think this might be breaking data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA, so I'm going to report them for it.
Account management issues
I've been dealing with some ongoing problems when it comes to managing my account, especially with making payments and combining accounts. It seems like there's a breakdown between different parts of the company or their systems, which is causing a lot of confusion and things to not run smoothly. I've tried reaching out multiple times and sending payment emails, but the issue still isn't fixed. Not having a specific account manager to talk to or a clear explanation is just making things more frustrating. It feels like I'm dealing with different companies instead of one whole organization.
