    Landline to VoIPly Adapter

    Switching my landline phone to VoIPly was super easy. The adapter showed up right on time, and setting it up was a piece of cake. I was really impressed with VoIPly's customer service - they got back to me quickly and were really helpful. I could easily chat online with their team and even talk to someone on the phone without waiting forever. The folks I spoke with were nice, polite, and knew their stuff. Even though I've only been using VoIPly for a little while, the call quality has been great. The only issue I had was how long it took to transfer my number, but VoIPly took care of it and adjusted my bill. Overall, my experience with VoIPly has been positive so far.

    I bought a VoIP device from this company not too long ago and I must say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The device arrived right on time and had some easy-to-follow setup instructions. It's doing its job just like they said it would and the number transfer happened within the right time frame. Only thing is, there's a little hiccup with the device not picking up on Eastern Daylight Time, so my clock's running an hour behind. Fingers crossed this won't happen again when the time changes.

    Number porting and prepaid billing

    I was super pumped about getting my number transferred over to VoiPLy and being able to pay for a whole year in advance! The communication throughout the process was great - they kept me in the loop with texts and emails. They even gave me tracking numbers so I could follow my packages at every stage. And you know what? My number transfer was completed right on schedule! Now I can relax for a whole year without stressing about my phone bill. Prepaid billing is the way to go! Yay!

    Switching phone service

    My experience switching from my old service to the new one was really great. As soon as my number got transferred over, everything started working like a charm. But, there are a couple of issues with the text messaging service. I'm not receiving any texts for things like Facebook 2FA. Plus, when I make calls from the app, my number doesn't show up on the other person's phone.

    Easy installation of VoIP box

    I just got a VoIP box from your company and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how easy it was to set up. The instructions were really clear and made it a breeze to get everything connected. Just like with my old VoIP provider, I was able to switch out the wires effortlessly and start saving some cash on my phone bill. Plus, I'm loving the VoIP app for my cell phone - super convenient and adds a lot to the whole setup.

    Phone system purchase

    I just got a new phone system and I've been using it for about two weeks now. Setting it up was a breeze and everything showed up right on schedule. So far, the system has been working great for me, but there's one little issue. I can't check my voicemails with my landline phone; they only come through email. Plus, the message notification is only sent to one cell phone via SMS text.

    I just bought some VoIP phones from this company. The customer service was great and they helped me get everything set up. But now I'm having problems with incoming and outgoing calls on all the phones. I've tried fixing it on my own, but no luck. I need the tech support team from the company to help me out and fix this issue fast.

    I just have to say, this new phone service is a total game changer! My mom has had the same number for years, and when she had to move to a different state for assisted living, she was able to keep her old number! Now all her friends and family can still reach out to her without any problems.

    Transition to VoIP service

    The switch to VoIP service went really smoothly and was super easy. We did have a bit of a delay getting our incoming calls because we kept our old landline number, but overall we're happy with the service. The call quality is just as good as our old, pricier provider, ATT.

    Quick install, lacking help phone number

    Just got the service hooked up cause of some personal issues. Setting it up was easy, but no phone number for help in the box. I'll check out the terms later and go over the billing stuff on the phone. Wondering about that affiliate program.

    Internet phone setup

    Setting up the internet phone was a bit tricky with my TMOBILE internet, but the customer service rep was really patient and helpful in helping me get it to work. Now it's working perfectly, so yay!
