Date Change Assistance
I just had to change my travel dates last minute because of an emergency situation, and I really want to give a big shoutout to Jake L, Joseph, and Anna T for all their help. They went above and beyond to contact the accommodation and switch our dates without any issues. Despite the time crunch, different time zones, and bad phone connections, they stuck with it and made sure we didn't lose our booking or the money we already paid. They kept us in the loop the whole time and thanks to their hard work, we were able to change our dates successfully and now we can look forward to our trip with peace of mind. I was just on the phone with Mitch R from customer service for a long time, getting everything sorted out for our trip to Phuket. It turns out there was a problem with availability for the places we had booked months in advance. Mitch R was super helpful and handled everything like a pro. Working with Shubham.H was amazing. I told him what I needed, and he really helped me out, going above and beyond to make sure everything turned out even better than I hoped. He stayed on top of things, sending quick and clear emails to update me on his progress. And he even took the time to call and leave messages, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I can't thank him enough for the outstanding service he gave me - it was way more than I expected.

I was in a tough spot because of the weather messing up my travel plans, and I had to change my booking at the very last minute. High Tea reservations
I had a couple of really messy changes I had to take care of, but Mintra was totally awesome about it. First off, I had to add more folks to a High Tea reservation at Ripples in Mosman, even though I used an expired discount coupon. Then, I was hoping to squeeze in a High Tea before my stay at The Hydro Majestic. Mintra sorted out both issues real quick and was super nice and professional the whole time. Shoutout to Mintra for coming through!
Accidental double restaurant voucher purchase
At 2:00pm, this person named Riley reached out to me right away. They were super helpful and quick in getting me a refund for one of my vouchers. Their customer service was top-notch and really made me feel good about shopping here for the first time. I'll definitely be back for more purchases in the future. Short stays and weekends away
OMG, I gotta say, this place is amazing!! I've been using them forever and they always have the best deals. And the support team? They are so nice and helpful.
