I really like the new look but trying to get around the different sections is kind of a hassle. Every time I click on something, it starts downloading a PDF, which is super annoying because I prefer to have the whole book downloaded at once.

I am really upset about my recent purchase from this company. It's been more than two weeks and my order is still just processing. I've tried to cancel my order a few times, but customer support hasn't helped me at all. I've sent a bunch of emails, but haven't gotten a single response. Oh my gosh, you guys, my first order from here was amazing! I bought these awesome shoes that came all the way from Italy super fast. It felt like magic, seriously. They're my favorite Alexander McQueen shoes, I feel like a total fashion icon when I wear them. I'm definitely going to be ordering more stuff from here in the future!

Poor quality items, missing items, delayed responses
Oh man, I have to tell you about my experience with this online store. So, I ordered a few things and when my package came, some stuff was missing! Isn't that the worst? I tried getting in touch with customer service and it took them months to get back to me. Months! Can you believe it? And when they finally did respond, it was no help at all. Just total frustration. And don't even get me started on the items I did get. Let's just say they were on sale for a reason. Bad quality all around, like warped necklines and seams falling apart. What a disaster. I even went to the trouble of returning them in person at a store, and still nothing - no refund, no communication. I am definitely done giving them my business. They lost me as a customer for sure.
