Initial registration experience
I recently signed up for the platform to check it out before deciding on a paid account. Sadly, my time on there hasn't been great. I had trouble connecting, got stuck on a strange waitlist, and my profile pics are still waiting for approval. I tried reaching out for help but heard nothing back. This lack of communication has me hesitant about upgrading to a premium membership. I think the platform could help me meet cool people, but the bad customer service is taking away from the whole experience. I do like the limited messaging option, but without better support, the platform isn't living up to its potential.
