I recently ordered some sample cakes for my birthday, looking forward to indulging in some tasty treats. Sadly, the cakes I got were a huge letdown. They were super dry and crumbly, almost like sawdust - a clear sign they'd been hanging out in a freezer for way too long. Plus, all the different flavors I ordered tasted pretty much the same. Take the "cookies and cream" one, for example. It barely had a white chocolate swirl on top and ended up tasting just like the chocolate torte and double chocolate cakes. I was bummed that I couldn't swap out the carrot cake, which I don't even like. All in all, the cakes were not worth the money I spent on them, especially with the expensive shipping fees. I definitely won't be buying from this place again. It was a pretty disappointing way to celebrate my birthday.
Cake order issue
I've been going to this bakery for years and always loved their cakes. But, my last order was a bust. Even though I got an email saying it was confirmed and they took my money, the cake never showed up and wasn't even listed in my order history. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, spent 2 hours on hold, and sent a bunch of emails, but got no response. As a loyal customer, I think they should have better service, especially since their products are usually top-notch.
Banana Cream Pie purchase
I bought a Banana Cream Pie from this company to surprise my dad on his birthday, but man was I let down. The cream tasted fake, the banana flavor was off, and don't even get me started on the crust! Even though it arrived on time, the pie just didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

Gluten-free birthday cake
I ordered this really cute gluten-free red velvet cake for my best friend's birthday, but they ended up sending me a strange chocolate cake instead! I was so disappointed, you feel me? I called them right away and they promised to send the right cake the next day, but it never showed up. It's just frustrating! And on top of that, they were so rude when I asked for a refund for the entire order which included candles, a teddy bear, and a cookie tower. Not cool at all. The items they did send were small and dry. I just want to give a heads up to my friends here, you know what I mean?

The cakes were so delicious, but they were basically giant cupcakes! I couldn't believe how small they were considering the high price of $70 for each one. It was for a women's event, so I had no choice but to pay $23.99 for shipping, the only option available. When the cake finally came, it was disappointingly small. I had to rush to the store to buy another cake because there was no way that tiny cake would be enough to feed all the ladies at the event. I was really bummed about it.
Lemon meringue pie
I was so looking forward to getting that lemon meringue pie for my dad in the nursing home as a special treat for Thanksgiving. But man, when it showed up, the shipping was crazy expensive - over 80 bucks! And on top of that, the pie turned out to be a total disaster. Complete mush with the meringue all sad and droopy. Such a letdown and definitely not gonna work for the holiday. At first, I was super bummed out, but the company came through and gave me a full refund, which I really appreciate.
Coconut creme cake for sister-in-law
I got the coconut creme cake for my sister-in-law's birthday again this year since her and my brother totally dug it last time. That cake was so light, fluffy, and seriously tasty. You could tell it was made from scratch because it was top-notch. Delivery was key, especially 'cause of the pandemic last year. The only bummer was the price - pretty steep at $52.00 without even including shipping. I'd be stoked if they could drop it down to less than $30.00.

I bought a birthday cake recently, but when it arrived, it was totally ruined because it was handled poorly during delivery. He missed celebrating with his buddies because of it. Total bummer.

Cake delivery mishap
I ordered a cake for a special occasion not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed about how it was delivered. Can you believe they just left it sitting in the mail room for hours without even giving a heads up? When the person finally found out about the delivery, it had been out for 11 hours and had to be tossed. That's just not cool, especially since it's a food item that can go bad real quick.
