Got some candy
I got some candy from this place and let me tell you, it was delicious! I was looking to mix it up with some different flavors and they had a ton to pick from. Ordering was a breeze and my candy arrived pretty fast. The prices were fair too, not too high. Only downside was that the delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would. But all in all, I was satisfied with my candy buy!

Out of Date Products
I was so bummed out about the stuff I bought from that store. It was all old and not what I expected. The advertising totally lied to me, and now I can't even trust them anymore. Plus, the people working there were so rude and snobby it just made everything worse. I get trying to be eco-friendly and all, but the way they trick people into buying stuff is just sketchy and wrong.
Malt balls for cake decorations
I'm really disappointed with these malt balls. I ordered them after seeing the ones on the website with a white candy coating and colorful specks, but what I got was a huge bag of malt balls with a boring grey coating and you could clearly see the malt center. Some of them even had big black specks and looked damaged. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times but haven't heard back. These malt balls just won't work for decorating my cakes.
Sugar-free chocolate purchase
My experience with the company wasn't great. I ordered some sugar-free chocolate which cost me about $29, but I never got any updates on when it would arrive. When I reached out to them, they told me the item was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock anytime soon. They promised me a refund, but I never actually got a receipt for the transaction, despite asking for it multiple times. I wish I had looked into the company more before buying from them. I recommend steering clear of this company.
Misleading product images
I ordered something online thinking it would look like the pictures on the website, but it was totally different when I got it. When I got in touch with customer service, they didn't really help and tried to put the blame on the manufacturer instead of owning up to it. They wouldn't give me a refund, which was really disappointing and annoying.
Sour gummy worms
Don't let those pretty pictures and fancy descriptions on the website fool you. What you actually get might not be as great. And let me tell you, the customer service? It's a nightmare. They're so rude and unhelpful when it comes to fixing their own mistakes. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.
Candy purchase
I bought a bunch of different candies from this store recently and honestly, it didn't go so well. Everything seemed fine when I placed my order, but when it came to delivery, things got messed up. The package showed up late and some of the candies I ordered were nowhere to be found. I reached out to customer service to let them know about the problem, but they didn't really seem to care about fixing it. On top of that, I thought the prices were a little steep compared to other candy shops I've been to before. Overall, I was pretty bummed out by the whole experience and I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.
5 different candies
I started off with 5 candies, but then only had 2 left because they vanished so quickly. Have you ever seen their website? It's a total mess, full of incorrect pictures and information. It's like, seriously? And then their customer service is practically non-existent. I called, I emailed, and still couldn't get a receipt or any shipping information. They can't even distinguish between order numbers and tracking numbers. It's so frustrating, you know?
4 cases of jelly beans
I bought 4 cases of jelly beans from this store because I was really craving something sweet. When I got them, I saw that 3 of the cases were all hard and cracked, like they weren't stored right or maybe they were just messed up. I contacted customer service about it, but they only gave me a refund for 2 of the cases. They made me feel like I was the one at fault for wanting a fix. Honestly, I was just really let down by the products and how customer service handled it.
Sour gummy worms
Man, I was really craving some sour gummy worms, you know? But when I finally got my hands on them, they looked nothing like what was advertised! That's just not right, dude. So, I reached out to Customer Service, but all they did was repeat the same thing over and over. How disrespectful is that? I just wanted a refund, you feel me? So, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It's a total scam.
Some items missing from order
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a bunch of stuff, but I only got some of it. I tried to get in touch with them to fix the problem, but they don't have a phone number and they don't respond to emails. I've sent a bunch of emails asking for a refund or replacement, but I haven't heard anything back. It's super frustrating and disappointing to be treated like this as a customer.
Godiva Mint Pearls
I ordered $100 worth of candy on 11/3/22, and my credit card was charged on that date. I received a confirmation with an order number, stating products are usually shipped within 48 hours. As of 11/14/22, I haven't heard or received anything in the mail, and sent two emails. I will contact the BBB if I don't hear anything.
