The app looked nice so I signed up for a lease. It felt simple on the phone and I kept thinking this will be quick. I paid several monthly amounts, thinking the card would handle most of the purchase, but it only covered about eighty-nine bucks while I shelled out far more. After that it was a maze. I call almost every day and keep getting bounced around. People I need to reach don't answer. Every time they "fix" something the numbers change and often in a worse way. I tried to change my address — nada. Would be helpful if they actually refunded or picked up. Use caution.
Shaky start, numbers finally matched
I remember opening the app late one night after buying a couch — first impression was the interface was confusing and the balance didn't match what I expected. I started using them two months ago during a move, so I was already stressed. I paid on time, saw late markers, and yeah, I assumed the worst. So I called customer support, waited, explained everything, went back and forth a bit, and finally someone found a misapplied fee and adjusted the payoff amount. The app still feels clunky, notifications are slow or missing, and the early-pay option has a weird fee structure that threw me off, but after the correction the numbers lined up and the account behaved. Not silky-smooth, not at all, but persistence paid off and I'm reasonably satisfied now.
Porch drop, wrong tires, stuck in limbo
I got these tires last week and immediately noticed they weren't the size I ordered. They were just left on my porch — no ring, no signature — which is a problem when you're in a wheelchair and have medical appointments. I tried them for a short drive (had no choice) and could see the steel belts showing; felt unsafe, uneven, like they weren't meant for my car. Calling customer support was frustrating; told I'd have to pay to ship them back, like it's not their fault. On the plus side the tread pattern looked nicer than I expected, and they were quieter at low speed, oddly. I'm holding payment until the right set arrives. Not great, would have liked more help.
Weird start to a night

Unexpected billing hiccup but delivery was fine
apparently a payment didn’t process and I wasn’t notified. That part annoyed me — I keep enough money in the account and I’d expected a heads-up. Customer service tried to explain and was helpful enough on the phone, though it took time and felt like back-and-forth. I’ve had worse experiences with other companies, so in that light this wasn’t a disaster. Still, be cautious: double-check your autopay confirmations and watch your statements. Not perfect, but the delivery and product were solid, and support did try to sort it out.
