I just got a new certification and, for the most part, I'm happy with how everything went. Though, I have to admit I had some doubts about a few of the techniques they were showing us during the training.
Online certificate course
I just finished up this online certificate course and I gotta say, it was pretty awesome. The platform was super easy to use, so I had no trouble going through all the course stuff. I really liked that I could do it whenever I had time, at my own speed. And when I felt good about it, I took the test - not too hard at all. They covered everything important in the course, all the terms I needed to learn. I'm definitely happy with how it all went down and I would totally suggest it to anyone else.
Fitness course purchase
I just bought a fitness course and man, I gotta tell you, it was really impressive. The course went into detail, gave me a ton of info, and equipped me with all the knowledge and skills I need to create killer workout plans for my clients. I'm feeling super confident and ready to tackle this new chapter in my career.
Reflecting on info
The website was really neat because it allowed me to go at my own pace and really dive into the information. I enjoyed applying what I learned to my own life and I felt like I was actually retaining the material, instead of just breezing through it like I usually do online. In the end, I found it to be a worthwhile use of my time.
Online course content
The online course content was really informative and easy to follow, which was great. I liked how they included images and links to help explain things better. However, I did notice a few mistakes in the material. For instance, they talked about using a peanut ball during labor but said it goes between a patient's knees instead of their ankles. Also, they mentioned that a foley bulb falling out means a patient is 6-7cm dilated, but I've found it usually happens at 3-4cm. Plus, some of the links didn't work anymore, which was a bummer because they could've had more helpful info.
Studying at my own pace
I really enjoyed my experience because I had the flexibility to study whenever I wanted. The videos were awesome, and the chapters were really fascinating. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at all!
Online certification program
I really like how easy it was to earn a certification from home because I value convenience and flexibility. The material they gave us was clear and covered everything well, but some of the test questions were a little tricky. Despite that, I had a good overall experience with the program and I'm definitely thinking about coming back for more certifications in the future.

So, I wrapped up this business analyst course and it was actually really interesting. I got a good handle on financial statements, which was super helpful. But, honestly, I think they went a bit overboard with all the nitty-gritty details - they could've just stuck to the main points. Quick cert, difficult to print booklets
I gotta say, that speedy certification process was pretty handy, but man, it was a pain not being able to print out those booklets easily. I like having physical materials to study with instead of staring at a screen, so that was a real letdown. All in all, I'd say the whole experience was just alright.
Doula certification
The modules gave us a lot of good info, but they could've used some interactive stuff or videos. I did pick up some new stuff that wasn't in our in-person training before.
Certification course selection and study experience
I gotta say, going through the whole course selection and certification process was pretty smooth and got the job done. Everything was laid out nicely and easy to understand, so I didn't have any trouble keeping up with the info. But man, I really wish there was a way to check out the course stuff online even after finishing it, you know, for a refresher. And another thing, I didn't get any email reminders about my certifications, which kinda sucked. It would be awesome to have some sort of reminder system set up to make sure I don't miss any certification deadlines.
