they canceled my order for "fraud" without telling me, then on the phone said they'd clear it and email a replacement promo code — which never came, even after I asked twice. I ended up buying elsewhere for less. Product gets props, but the ordering process needs fixing. I'd still recommend checking it in person.
Weird cancellation runaround
easy checkout, felt legit. Then it went sideways. They accepted the order, then cancelled it without any heads-up, later telling me on the phone it was flagged for fraud. Fine, but they promised to email a replacement promo code so I could reorder at the same price and never did — even after I asked twice. I ended up buying the same unit somewhere else, got it faster and cheaper. Product seems to work fine though, I tested it briefly. So, not perfect service or delivery, but the device itself was okay.
Fuel, feathers and a good find
it fit in the trailer better than I expected. Budgeting one or two more next year as we expand.
Warranty mismatch, wasted cartridge
I first noticed this unit at my neighbor's place and figured I'd get one for peace of mind. The main issue I ran into was the warranty info — the card had a wrong URL and the box lists 4 years while the rep told me over the phone we actually have 8 years. That little mismatch makes you wonder about QA. Also, the starter cartridges are single-use, and I accidentally used one during setup, so right away I had to buy replacements and backups (ended up paying about $217.80 after the discount). It seems like a handy gadget and it feels solid, just annoyingly sloppy on the labeling and consumable cost. Told a friend and they were surprised too.
Finally sorted — relief
not perfect, expect delays, but when it arrived it saved the session.
