I bought this because my bad lower back and a crazy move made me want something supportive, and I was actually excited to try it. The sizing was way off though — felt more like a kids' shirt — and the fabric is cheap, scratchy and even smelled when I opened it. Tried to get a refund like the policy said, but customer service pushed a small partial offer and then said I'd pay return shipping to China. Kinda frustrating, honestly.
Delivery mix-up, refund finally posted
