I ran into this last week when trying to log into my KrisFlyer on my phone — no OTP via SMS. Weirdly the OTP worked on the Singapore Airlines app and website, so I could still get in that way. I called both helpdesks, each blamed the other. I told a friend who was about to book. Annoying lack of ownership, but not completely unusable.
Mostly smooth ride
Honestly, it's pretty solid overall, though not perfect. Booking was easy and confirmations came right away, providers followed up. Prices felt fair and the exclusive Singapore Airlines/Scoot discounts are handy. The activity selection is decent — could use more variety, and sometimes info was vague, but it works. I'd use it again, with minor tweaks.
