Wine purchase with free delivery to France
I just bought some wine from Decantalo and I have to say, they have a really great variety. They even offer free delivery, which is amazing, especially to France if you buy 12 or more bottles. The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems with the website. I did have a question about their selection, so I reached out to customer service, but sadly, I never got an answer. Even with that one little issue, I still think Decantalo is a great choice for awesome wines and convenient delivery.

The wine selection at Decantalo is really something else. I found some rare bottles there that are hard to come by in the UK, and the prices are totally fair, including taxes for delivery. What sets Decantalo apart from other wine websites is that it's super easy for me to get my hands on these unique wines that I can't find anywhere else. I keep coming back as a regular customer because of their awesome selection and pricing.

My order from Spain to Germany just came in right on time, in about 2 weeks. The box looked a little squished, but all the bottles inside made it out unscathed. Shoutout to the customer service team for being so quick and friendly when I asked for a VAT invoice in German. Huge thanks to Griselda for being so helpful and professional.

I was so happy with how smooth and easy it was to buy my favorite sherry from this company. It can be tough to find Croft sherry when you're overseas, but they had it for a good price. The delivery was fast and safe, so I'll definitely be shopping here again. Thanks a lot!
Mixed experience with promised discount on orders above €500 not executed at checkout
Even though they said I'd get a discount for spending a certain amount, it didn't come through when I went to make my purchase. I called customer service last Friday, but they didn't fix it by the end of the day. I had to call again, and they said they'd get the IT folks involved on Monday. On top of all this, I keep getting promo emails that don't match up with the discount situation. It's been a letdown and not very smooth overall.
