Mixed experience with promised discount on orders above €500 not executed at checkout
Even though they said I'd get a discount for spending a certain amount, it didn't come through when I went to make my purchase. I called customer service last Friday, but they didn't fix it by the end of the day. I had to call again, and they said they'd get the IT folks involved on Monday. On top of all this, I keep getting promo emails that don't match up with the discount situation. It's been a letdown and not very smooth overall.
