Adventure gift for son and fiancee
This company is amazing! I found it during the holidays and it's totally changed the game for gift-giving. I got an adventure gift for my son and his fiancee, who are tying the knot soon. The thought of them using it for a fun experience on their honeymoon is just perfect. What really got me was the outstanding customer service from an employee named Bulelwa. I forgot to add a $20 Gift Code before placing my order and was thinking of canceling & reordering. But Bulelwa went above and beyond by giving me a refund of $20 without me even asking. And not only that, she took the time to wish my son a Happy Birthday in an email. That's what I call top-notch service! Overall, a fantastic company.
Birthday reservation assistance
I got some really great customer service from someone who really went out of their way to help me with my brother's birthday reservation. I was freaking out because I thought I messed up the booking and I wanted it to be a surprise. I was running out of time and needed help ASAP. The rep not only helped me calm down with their kindness and understanding, but they also fixed the issue quickly and without any problems. I'm so thankful for their help and for answering all my questions so patiently. Thanks a lot for your amazing customer service!
Instant voucher, no expiration
I got the voucher right away and could print it out, which was really nice. It's awesome that it doesn't expire, especially if I want to give it as a gift. Whenever I need to grab a gift at the last minute, I always go to this company and they never let me down. They have a ton of different experiences to pick from, so it's easy to find the right gift for any occasion. I definitely suggest using this service for all your gift-giving needs.
Gift card purchase, coupon issue
I bought a gift card not long ago and tried using a $15 off coupon. But here's the thing - my credit card got charged the whole shebang before the discount kicked in. That was a bit annoying, I gotta say. But I gave customer support a ring, and they were on it quick. They fixed the issue in a jiffy, and I gotta give them props for their awesome service. This whole situation made me feel more confident about using this service in the future.
Voucher redemption
I had a couple of vouchers that I needed help with when I was trying to trade them in for a different experience. The customer support I got was amazing - super fast, on point, and really helpful. The person I talked to totally got what I was looking for and took care of everything right away. Rashieda was awesome at handling my request and giving top-notch customer service.

Exciting Experience
I gotta say, the service I got was really impressive! Everyone I talked to was super friendly, knew their stuff, and got things done quickly. They made sure to take care of all my questions and issues right away, which left me feeling totally happy with how everything went. I'm so excited that I found this company and I'm definitely gonna come back for more fun in the future.
Silent auction gifts
I enjoy purchasing gifts for charity events, and I came across this awesome place with a ton of fantastic items to choose from! The prices are really good, ordering online is simple, and the gift certificates arrive quickly. I'm extremely happy with my experience and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Great gift cards and discount
I had to get some gift cards for my friends and family and luckily there was a discount. It was a little tricky to find the right ones for two people, but I managed to figure it out.
Virgin Experiences Gift Culinary Tour
I purchased a culinary tour as a wedding gift via theknot.com. The couple tried to use it on their honeymoon and was told they could not use it and to reschedule. This couple does not have the means to travel again and would be unable to do that, so i contacted Virgin for a refund. After a month of back and forth and them saying they refunded it, the money has still not hit my bank, so I am now having to dispute the transaction. I just want the money back to give to the newlywed couple. I do not recommend using Virgin Experience Gifts and will never buy from them again.
Podium package
NEVER AGAIN! That was the worst experience of my life! I tried to book the podium package for October 5th. I was told it was available. Agreed to it, then never heard back. I emailed and emailed because I wasn’t getting my confirmation. I really wanted it. Then after 10 days got an automated email saying they were waiting to hear from me! So irritating. Basically the package was booked by the time someone else got back to me. I was so angry! If they had a customer service area where you can speak to a person it could have been resolved in 3 minutes!
The only good thing is that when I said I wanted a refund they did right away, but it was within the 30 days, so I’m not sure how it would have gone if it was over the 30 day mark.iFly - 2 flights for 2 people
I bought 3 experiences in November 2022. I tried to book through their platform and when I submitted my request the confirmation email said I needed to wait to receive a confirmation from iFly before my booking was confirmed. I never received confirmation and when I called iFly they never got a booing request in the first place. So I reached out to customer service and the experience has been TERRIBLE. It took me multiple emails to get someone to respond. All I wanted was for them to reschedule the booking since I couldn't do it through their platform. It has been TWO MONTHS of emailing with them and all they say is they can't refund me and they'll call iFly to reschedule. But they never do. They refuse to actually make the booking or refund me. It's ridiculous and I hope no one books with them again. Customer service is abhorrent.
Learn to Fly a Helicopter
It's a horrible experience I ever had. I bought the Virgin Experience Gifts voucher V23-JARAA31Q2 for Fly a Helicopter in Indiana. Then, as a company recommend, I started to schedule my flight. The first message I got, was "No Dates Available For Fly a Helicopter. All available dates have passed, and we do not yet have upcoming dates. Please visit our Help Center for additional support."
The Bot is waiting for you in a Help Center. The worstest version of bot that cannot understand you questions and only promote the company.
The company phones that you try to find in the depth of internet (866-522-6839, 844 272 0002) refer you to the same Bot support on the company site. Yes, you may write your question on the site, and I did. But now response at all.
Also, as a surprise, the company charged me twice for this "unforgettable" experience.
Stay away from this company as far as it possible.
