Lionel Prewar and Postwar Trains
The Trainz.com service is excellent! You have a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Customer service is very friendly, and the process of filling orders is very orderly and well communicated. The only thing I would suggest a change is to provide more shipping options than just FedEx. Every time I order through Trainz, FedEx never hits their own targeted delivery date and goes for several days with no update. Packages have always arrived eventually, usually >1 week after shipping.

Proto 2000 steam loco
Ordered Proto loco described as "functional" It arrived on date advertised but not working. Returned it to Trainz and received immediate refund including shipping. Then ordered another of same loco, actually at better price and better loco. Works perfectly. Best Ebay experience I've had
Atlas O gauge track.
Everything I ordered was shipped and received within a few days. When I did have a order problem it was addressed within an hour and the order was shipped immediately. Customer service does not have the "yeah so what" business attitude nor is it the say anything to get a good review. They stand by what they sell and provide the support you would expect when you need it.
N scale buildings
Everything was great but the shipping. It was packaged really good, just took a while for it to get here.
I purchased several rolling stock and a Ross 175 Crossover plus several Ross turnouts.
You are doing a good job. The buyer should remember that they are purchasing previously owned treasures. With tha, they only problem that I seem to have is in ordering. When I fill out the order sheet and them go to use PayPal to pay, it gets strange by sending me through the order process again. Not sure what is wrong and I am sure that I might be missing something.
Lionel, MTH products
everything is shipped well packed, very fast. had 1 issue with an item I purchased, contacted them, sent it back, was reshipped another, worked perfectly, they even followed up to be sure I was satisfied. to date I have purchased over 30 items, and as my layout grows, will continue to do business with them. I am very pleased with this outfit.
Lionel 1666 engine with 2466wx tender, track, lionel people, lionel stations.
Your customer service is exceptional. Spoke to Jessica on several occasions about my initial purchase of a lionel 1666 engine which stopped working after only 2 hours of operation. She was instrunental in processing its return and exchange for another. Your pricing is great too. I especially like the ratings on your merchandise. Will be searching your website for further purchases.

American Flyer parts and freight cars
Ordering was simple and the prices are fair.
Shipment arrived with three items missing although the form in the box showed all of the items were shipped with the order. Three freight cars were missing and there was no indication that they were to be shipped separately. Has taken at least three emails to Trainz to get their attention about the issue, and their response has been limp.parts
Prices could be a bit lower on item with known defects such as non running engines etc.
Lionel Postwar Parts
Trainz inventory and site search engine has allowed me to repair many of my cars and engines. Trainz is my "go to" site for Lionel parts. I have also found it to be a great resource for information. When a 70-year-old locomotive transitions out of a 30-year retirement from a stanky crate to a smoking train pounding down the rail, it's an awesome thing. I think Trainz is on this track.
