Proto 2000 steam loco
Ordered Proto loco described as "functional" It arrived on date advertised but not working. Returned it to Trainz and received immediate refund including shipping. Then ordered another of same loco, actually at better price and better loco. Works perfectly. Best Ebay experience I've had
Atlas O gauge track.
Everything I ordered was shipped and received within a few days. When I did have a order problem it was addressed within an hour and the order was shipped immediately. Customer service does not have the "yeah so what" business attitude nor is it the say anything to get a good review. They stand by what they sell and provide the support you would expect when you need it.

Everything was great but the shipping. It was packaged really good, just took a while for it to get here.
