Sticky Bra Purchase
I bought a sticky bra from this company and it was a disaster. When I tried to take it off carefully following the instructions, the adhesive was too strong and ripped off some of my skin. I contacted the company to express my concerns, but they didn't seem to care much and only offered me a discount for my next purchase. I had to go a whole week without wearing a bra because of the damaged skin and had to report the issue to the authorities to protect other consumers. The company refused to take responsibility for the harm their product caused and instead blamed me for having sensitive skin and misusing it, which is not true. I spent $80 on this bra and ended up getting hurt.

Custom curtains purchase

Incorrect size item received
I was really bummed out to see that one of the things I got in my last order was the wrong size. They offered me a half refund, but it wasn't enough. I had to go to the post office to return it, which was a pain since their hours don't work with my job. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, so I thought I deserved better service, especially since the mistake was on their end.

Plant-based skincare products
I really think the plant-based skincare products from this company are amazing. They might not be organic, but they are scent-free and now they even have a new relaxing version that I can't wait to try. They are always coming up with new stuff, like their cream to powder formula. Every now and then, they have sales and specials, although their prices are a bit high compared to other similar products out there. I've tried all their products, even the new hand sanitizer (but not the relaxing scent ones yet). Overall, I think their products are top-notch and I will definitely buy some of them again in the future. The only downside for me is their thin wipes, which are pricey and tend to tear easily.

Running shoes
I bought some running shoes from your store about a month ago, but I still haven't gotten them. The delivery company says they dropped it off, but it never showed up at my house. I've been trying to reach customer service for help, but they are taking a long time to respond and not really fixing the problem. Dealing with your company has been super frustrating, since I paid for those shoes a month ago and still don't have them.
