    Brown ties instead of marigold yellow

    I ordered some yellow ties online but when they showed up, they were brown! It's totally not what I was looking for. And now I have to pay to ship them back and deal with the duty fees. They didn't even try to make it right, and that really ticks me off. I'm definitely not shopping with them online anymore!

    Wifi cameras

    I bought a bunch of wifi cameras from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. Soon as I got those cameras, they wouldn't even work right. So I called customer service to tell them what was up and asked for a refund since their site talks about "Free shipping and returns." But instead of helping me out, they gave me a hard time and said I could only swap out the messed up cameras. That's when I decided to hit up PayPal to file a complaint and try to get my money back.

    Perpetual Blue

    Terrible Experience! Do not charter from NexGen!

    Tons of false promises and advertising. Terrible service once you pay. See notes on our trip below.

    Boat issues:
    - snorkeling / water scooter was broken the whole trip
    - dinghy was broken the first 2-3 days and we had to swim into our destinations
    - desalination mechanism was broken the first 4 days and we had to be exceedingly sparing with water
    - our right engine broke the 3rd day and was never fixed the rest of the trip. We had to go much slower between all destinations, stop twice to get it fixed unsuccessfully and also had to literally risk our lives helping Hal get moored several times. It was a nightmare trying to do this with one engine in high winds. At one point yesterday, my father had to jump in to get the mooring pole while Hal caught the engine. The current was so strong my father couldn’t make it back to the boat and I had to throw a life saver to him so he didn’t drown.
    - severe sewage smell in the middle left and front right cabins for the first 3-4 days till Hal got something to fix it
    - back left cabin bathroom toilet went out on day 4 and my wife and I had to share with our kids room the rest of the trip. Hal said this was a known issue with the boat from the previous captain the previous week
    - underwater lights not working on the boat
    - there was endless and mind numbing beeping on the boat. I’m pretty sure this due to the engine failure but it was a form of torture in and of itself to have to listen to it for hours on end

    Chef issues
    - the chef slept on the couch in the main living area! This made our only shared air conditioned space on the boat completely unusable the whole trip! How can this be allowed to happen?
    - we spent hours before the trip going over and fine tuning the menu with you guys only to find that the chef had completely disregarded it and was cutting corners and serving small meals that weren’t even agreed to by us.
    - our alcohol list we had sent to you prior to coming there had been completely disregarded as well. When I asked Hal about this, he said, why are you complaining? Vodka is ...…. Because there was cheap and half used ... bottles on the boat
    - the final morning, she literally made or prepared nothing for us

    Captain
    - rude
    - almost impossible to understand when he does speak
    - gave us next to no explanation of stops or what to do at them
    - the one time we actually sailed, my father asked him a question about how the sails worked and Hal shhhhhd him and said, “I’m busy”

    When you spend $30,000 (not even including airfare, hotels, etc) for a weeks worth of vacation, you should not be having to deal with these kids of issues.

    Jeans and Shirts, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN!

    Do not order from Emmiol! Their customer service is a complete JOKE! Ordered several items, three where not what was expected and tried to return. Sent multiple emails trying to set up the return, however they stalled time after time not wanting to process the return. Finally they sent back the following:

    "According to policy, you need to endure the return shipping charge which is over 25-35 USD for the first kg to send it back to the warehouse.
    As the return shipping charge is high and needs a very long time till we received it.
    Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee.
    We sincerely suggest if you will consider again keep the item.
    As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as a gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors.
    Which would be perfect. Meanwhile, we would like to give you a 5 USD gift card for you in this case for our sorry.
    How do you think that? Waiting for your reply. "

    Is this a JOKE! I just want to return the three items that did not fit correctly! These items were purchased before Christmas and here it is 2/7! Non of this is at all acceptable, not sure even how they stay in business. Honestly I think that many of these reviews are from bots, as this customer service is sooo bad! Stick with US retailers or Amazon!

    I had very similar experience. Emmiol sent to me a very inferior product compared to what they advertised. They insisted this was my problem and I can either give it away to charity or return it at costs greater than the purchase price. If the error was mine I would understand but this was their mistake!

    WARNING! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM EMMIOL. You are stuck with what you get!

    Excellent products for daily usages in every home
    KT Slice Waffle maker 1000watt was first item when introduced to me online from Amazon Online
    I also find it warranted for one year ,this period can also extendable with a small amount of four dollars around for next one more year. But I didn't
    Best features is automatic temperature control and non stick coated waffle plats. Color is also good in grey, comfortable usages I compared this product with one Belgium made waffle maker but did not matched. This one is far better by look ,make and function. Yes pricing is higher then that.

    Bottega Veneta sandals

    I have been eyeing the Bottega Veneta BV lido sandals for a while now and made an impulse purchase from their recent sale. I have to say I'm very happy with my experience.
    Considering the state we're in now I was expecting delays but surprisingly it arrived in 5 business days. Customer service member Jules was very quick in her response with all my questions (I like to do my research before i buy) and was extremely helpful with her product knowledge.
    They have a never ending list of products to choose from and it was easy to navigate through the website. 100% would repurchase from Cettire

    If this isn't a fake review (lol) they are fake, sorry call your bank and file a chargeback to get your money back asap
