the order arrived split, one box came quick but was incomplete, and the other had a “delivery exception” for not finding me even though it was the same address. I tried to get the missing part, filed an insurance claim, and sent info about shipping discrepancies—crickets for a while. Then they did send a replacement for the package that supposedly failed delivery, and that was the moment I felt relieved and satisfied. So yeah, customer service was slow and communication could be better, but they did make an effort and the item itself is nicely made. If you can, opt for any available insurance and be ready to follow up—save screenshots and be patient. Overall, I’d buy again if the price is right, just with the expectation I might need a bit of patience. Not flawless, but good value and it finally worked out for me.
