I am a repeat costumer from Hempingus.com, while previously happy with their service. This time I cannot say the same. I placed an order and quickly noticed that I had used the wrong address. I contacted their support for help immediately to get it adjusted before it would be shipped, but received no reply and the company shipped it two days later to the wrong address anyway.
