So, I popped open a bottle my wife had bought and noticed two different bits floating around — odd little surprise. I rang their consumer affairs line, explained what I found and asked if I was talking to the right people. I didn’t demand anything, just wanted them to know. The rep thanked me, said they'd mail coupons to replace the bottle, and honestly, in that moment I felt seen — weird to say, but that small bit of validation was enough to make me nod and relax. I’d been using the brand for a few weeks before this, first impressions were okay, and that call was the moment I felt satisfied. No coupons yet, though.
Big jar, surprisingly worth it
I almost didn't buy this Jamieson magnesium powder because the jar looked huge when I first saw it at my sister's place — seemed wasteful and I rolled my eyes. Still went ahead on a tip from a coworker. Turns out the powder mixes well and lasts longer than I guessed. I'm still bothered by the plastic, but doubts faded once I tried it; pretty happy with the results.
