CBD purchase
I bought some CBD from this company and I was pretty let down by how they didn't keep me in the loop about my order. It had been a whole week and I still had no clue where my package was, so I emailed them to ask what was up. Their response wasn't very clear - they basically just "THINK" it had been sent. This lack of clear communication has me worried as a customer. I think I deserve better info about my order. I've asked for a refund and I'm waiting to see how they handle it. This will help me decide if they're a legit business or not.
