people saying they paid $30 for the coupon, not $50. I asked Clipp to pull the campaign and correct it. For months? Nothing — crickets, honestly crickets. Then out of nowhere they referred an $8,500 bill to a lawyer. I pushed back, escalated, and finally customer service responded and reviewed the account. That calmed things down and we got a partial resolution. Delivery was messy and pricing unclear, but at least someone answered in the end.
Great deals — just watch the fine print
a few times restaurants refused them, and the credit situation with Clipp is annoying — they won’t give full credit after a couple months even though the vouchers say they’re good longer. So it’s a mix: comfy, convenient tool if you plan to use the voucher soon or have a backup spot. I’ve had similar hiccups with other deal sites, so not entirely surprised, but still a bummer when it happens. Overall I’d buy again, just more carefully and sooner.
