Halfway through trying to use it I panicked—bought it because a friend suggested it, then the merchant balked. Support refunded me promptly and credited my card immediately; relieved, happy it worked out in the end.
Password Groundhog Day
I bought a few deals, forgot my password, clicked the reset link they sent — and it dumped me right back to the same screen asking how I wanted to reset. Over and over. Like a password Groundhog Day. I emailed support and crickets. Annoying because other sites fix this in two minutes, so it felt sloppy. Kinda bummed but laughable at this point. If they fixed the loop and answered emails, fine.

Great deals — just watch the fine print
a few times restaurants refused them, and the credit situation with Clipp is annoying — they won’t give full credit after a couple months even though the vouchers say they’re good longer. So it’s a mix: comfy, convenient tool if you plan to use the voucher soon or have a backup spot. I’ve had similar hiccups with other deal sites, so not entirely surprised, but still a bummer when it happens. Overall I’d buy again, just more carefully and sooner.
